We're currently seeking to fill the following positions:

Senior Account Executive

This position will play the critical role of lead consultant and strategist with our largest, most sophisticated clients in the advisory space. You will drive plan design and are ultimately responsible for client satisfaction.

You will also partner with the Executive Leadership Team to acquire new clients and grow relationships with current ones. This role is extremely visible and provides the opportunity to leverage one’s client, executive, business development, and benefits skills with one of the leading benefits advisory firms.

Senior Client Manager

The Senior Client Manager is the guardian of the strategic customer relationship and orchestrates the deployment of resources to provide comprehensive products, services, and solutions to strategic key accounts. The Senior Client Manager provides consulting services and advises clients in matters relating to employee benefit programs such as current market trends, compliance, wellness, data analytics, and short/long-term planning to meet client objectives. This role is also responsible for the retention of assigned accounts by delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to meet overall client objectives. Other core responsibilities include facilitating and driving agency best practices for internal and external communication to deliver customizable solutions to the client as well as looking for opportunities to round out current accounts and write referral business to assist in agency growth.
